In this overview, we will preview each of the individual lessons in the Installing the Engine module. This module is the fifth stage or step of the seven step Dynamic Growth Formula™. You may find it to be the most fascinating set of lessons so far.
Business Mastery System™
In this lesson, you will learn the history and basics behind the Business Mastery System™; the details of each of the 4 phases; and, how to use the system in your business right away.

In this lesson you will learn about Vilfredo Pareto, his work, his inspiration to Juran; and, why I use his philosophies as a central part of Dynamic Growth Formula™. You will learn how to use the Pareto Principle3 to focus on the one right thing to do.
Focusing On The Vital Few
In this lesson you will learn to adapt the Pareto Principle into your day to day mindset; how to determine the 12 to 15 Vital Drivers for your entire business; and, how to produce a single sheet of paper that will serve as your dashboard to manage your enterprise—big or small.
Summary & Assignment
We will review everything you have learned in the lessons contained in this Module (Installing the Engine). Then we will give you your assignment for the Module which is to construct your one sheet management tool—Vital Driver Dashboard (VDD).
