Strategic Execution Teams
In this lesson, you will learn the importance of leveraging a specific kind of high-performance team—a Strategic Execution Team (SET)—to propel you and your business forward a light speeds.
Strategic Execution Team Meetings
In this lesson you will learn about the power of adhering to a set frequency and using a specific agenda for a SET Meeting (aka: Accountability Meeting). You will also discover the reason for each item on the agenda and how to use them to continuously increase the performance of the team.
The Role Of The Coach
In this lesson, you will be exposed to a secret move that has been proven to add rocket fuel to your business growth. You will learn how to use the power of using a coach to run your SET Meetings to assure authentic accountability and allow you to perform at your personal best.
How To Solve Every Problem
In this lesson, you will learn about a tool that is so powerful it has been used to solve all sorts of problems; determine how to capture a new opportunity; and, how to help a teammate get unstuck and moving forward. The best part? It only takes 10 minutes.
